Donatello

Donato di Niccolò di Betto Bardi, "Donatello" was a Florentine sculptor of the Renaissance period. He was born in Florence in 1386 and studied classical sculpture. He died on December 13, 1466. Donatello worked in the studio of Lorenzo Ghiberti.
