Andrea Pisano

Andrea Pisano, also known as Andrea da Pontedera, was an Italian sculptor and architect. He was trained as a goldsmith and later became a pupil of Mino di Giovanni. Pisano is best known for his work on the north bronze door at the Baptistery in Florence. Which we started in 1330 and finished in 1336. He was born in 1290 and died in 1348.
