This is a very simple and modest yet strongly designed retreat, due to it’s unexpected geometrical mass. The retreat Is comprised of 8 living units and a healthcare center. The spaces are used for Yoga, Meditation & informal meetings. It is made with clay tiled roofs and laterite stone which are local materials and help to keep the space cool. All the spaces are designed as individual boxes that unify under the common clay roof. Along with a thermally functional roof, natural ventilation is kept as the main focus and the space is allowed to breathe
