Notes:This house was inspired by a dream sequence of a child walking on the edge of a cliff to jump, over and move into the clouds. This concept has been taken forward in the form of this house, where casuarina poles from trees have been used, to create a wind staggered effect on the exterior of the house. This material is used for scaffolding and is considered as waste, here it is the main element. The interior also has small local details such as collection of loose small stone which has been cemented into a wall and preserved almost like a site relic, but resides inside the house as a living relic. This house is an ode to local materials
