This café was referred to as "cloth-crete" by the designer, as the whole concept of the space stemmed from dipping a cloth in concrete so that it forms a cast. This cloth was called "Kota" cloth and was a waste cloth. As the project budget was low and the cost and construction materials were an issue, the designer got creative and made partitions and even toilet sinks using this dipping method. This led to a structurally fluid space.
